California State Tax Agencies Representation Workshop is C-STAR!

C-STAR is a unique opportunity to meet with representatives from the BOE, FTB, and EDD in one convenient location for a concise, comprehensive review of state tax audit, collections and education policies and procedures. This matchless opportunity allows you to enhance your skills, whether you only do occasional representation or it's an ongoing part of your practice. Attendence in Level I and Level II is limited to allow time for specific problem solving and interaction among the participants.

Level I provides tips to improve your understanding and competence in taxpayer representation on the state level.

Level II offers advanced level representation with state tax agencies through actual case study presentations with tax agency personnel. It is recommended that attendees complete Level I before attempting Level II. Previous attendees have also found that Level II is a marvelous annual "refresher course" in the art of representation.
