Each week, we email our Members an electronic "HEAlthy, WEAlthy, & Wise" bulletin with tips on maintaining a healthier, saner, more balanced lifestyle, particularly in times of stress (such as tax season). We have invited (and urged) all CSEA Members to join the CSEA 2.2% Club by committing to spending 32 minutes a day walking, exercising, stretching, anything physically active.
