This meeting will address remaining work for the 2018-2019 governance year and will facilitate work to be conducted at the June 2019 Board and Committee meetings in Reno. At this virtual meeting the Board will address a motion from the Finance and Budget Committee regarding the 2019-2020 budget, and will also meet in closed session to consider the annual EVP evaluation.
