Committee meetings will be held on Saturday 1/5 (see schedule below) followed by the Board meeting on Sunday, 1/6. Jim Stern Legislative Day will take place on Monday, 1/7.

Group Rate: $125/night (single/double occupancy)
The rate quoted is exclusive of applicable state/local taxes, which are currently 12% occupancy tax, 3% Sacramento tourism assessment and $0.45 CA tourism assessment fee per room, per night.
Guestroom types cannot be guaranteed and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Group Cutoff Date: The group rate is available until Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 12:00 midnight or until the room block sells out, whichever is first. After this date, you may still book a room however the CSEA group rate is not guaranteed and rooms are based on availability.

Hotel policies
Guestroom Charges: Individuals must present a credit card upon check-in.
Check-in/Check-out: Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 pm on departure day.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours prior to 4:00 pm on arrival day to avoid a one (1) night room & tax penalty.
