On January 10, 2026, the Board of Directors adopted recommended actions that will:

  • strengthen CSEA's structure at all levels,
  • engage members and develop leaders,
  • provide expanded opportunities for member participation,
  • ensure effective delivery of our programs to members,
  • and be constructed for efficient use of human and financial resources.
